To enter the event you must present BOTH:

1. Proof of COVID Vaccination.

2. Proof of Negative rapid or PCR COVID test taken the same day, previous to your appearance at the event.

Accepted forms of proof of Vaccination:

1. Presentation of your Vaccine Card at the door.

2. Presentation of a receipt that you received your Bivalent booster vaccination.

3. A picture on a smart device presented in person or a picture emailed to mhfa.fencing@gmail.com showing either your vaccination card or your Bivalent Booster Receipt.

Accepted proof of Negative COVID test within 24 hours of your arrival:

1. Negative results from an official rapid or PCR test taken within 24 hours, either via forwarded email or displayed on a smart device.

2. Presentation of a picture on a smart device or emailed to mhfa.fencing@gmail.com that shows a negative test with metadata showing it was taken the morning of check in.

3. We will NOT accept any actual tests in person! Pictures ONLY!

Please do not test at the door. We recomend participants to test while inside their vehicles.

Present only a picture of the test via email or displayed on a smart device. Anyone attempting to test at the front desk will be asked to leave.

No! Once you have presented proof of both vaccination and negative test you will be given a wrist band that allows your entry level (Either Staff, Participant, Coach, or Visitor) for the full duration of the event.
